Legacy Building Solutions is committed to adding value to all our customers by providing state-of-the-art buildings and a superior construction process.

As a vertically integrated supplier, we have taken the opportunity to make construction as comprehensive and hassle-free as possible.

    Innovation and Teamwork

Legacy’s leadership team has decades of experience in the fabric structure industry. Many of our executives have worked as installers and building designers, giving us a unique perspective on all aspects of the building.

Our team is dedicated to constant innovation. We have a team of people who meet regularly to discuss improvements to the building system. These improvements range from tweaks to make installation efficient to better building design options. The research and development that goes into these fabric buildings is a continuous process.

Of course, our sales and design team are highly trained experts as well. Our team works together to recommend improvements and secure the best value every time. Legacy knows your project. You’re not a number, you’re a customer with unique needs.

    In-House Services

Legacy is a one‐stop‐shop for building design, manufacturing and installation. This allows us to control the quality of the building and components, as well as manage the project’s timeline from start to finish.

With one point of contact throughout the process, your site manager will have more time to focus on daily tasks without the hassle of dealing with various contractors during construction.

    What is construction management?

We offer construction management and assistance in foundation design to help get total project costs budgeted up front.

Legacy’s in-house services ensure that the building is designed to local code correctly from the beginning, saving money and time.

    Quality Control

All building components, including the fabric and frames, are manufactured at our Minnesota facility. We do this because it allows us to control the quality of the materials and the process.

Legacy’s manufacturing process is certified by ISO 9001:2015, and we maintain other certifications including CWB, AWS, CSA A660 and Florida Product Approval.

Legacy’s patented fabric attachment system and our fabric panel manufacturing is one area where Legacy’s team has innovated a better process. The patented fabric attachment system allows for superior and safer fabric tensioning during installation.

Additionally, our fabric panel manufacturing team works to precise measurements, ensuring the exact amount of pretension required for each fabric panel – reducing excessive movement and extending the fabric’s life expectancy.

This pre-tension means more horizontal tension and a longer lifespan for each panel. There is also greater vertical or “up and over” tensioning because the fabric is tensioned in a straight line, not around any radiuses. This increases the system’s longevity, especially in cases of severe weather.

    Service After the Sale

Legacy partners with you before, during and after construction – including service after the sale. All our buildings have a warranty* – even in corrosive environments like fertilizer storage.

Legacy’s patented fabric attachment system virtually eliminates service calls and ongoing requirements for fabric retensioning, which was our goal from the beginning.

With superior buildings and a superior process, Legacy Building Solutions enhances your business before, during and after construction. Contact us to learn how we can help you.
